The International Exposure for Jazz and World Music took place from November 16 – 19, 2011 at the Yellow Submarine in Jerusalem and Levontin 7 in Tel Aviv. The diversity and talents of the Israeli jazz and world music scene are almost beyond expression in words – this collection of photographs by Gangi conveys the feeling. Jazz is Gangi’s mother tongue; a longtime writer on jazz (click here to read) she has been photographing musicians for the past several years. Gangi is in the music, and the music is in her photographs. Enjoy!
