Helium for the Masses, the wildly energetic and outrageously comic Shmemel live concert that has been filling venues throughout Israel to overflowing, with fans dancing their way to ecstatic delirium (yes, that was me in the first row at their concert in August) will be ending their five year run with concerts in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Beer Sheva.
Midnight East says: “A Shmemel concert is amazing fun; their seductive zany rhythms send a current of joyous movement through the room… instant happy.”
It’s one of the best live concerts ever, I’m sorry to see it go, but take comfort in the knowledge that the music is on CD (to get yours, click here) so I can go crazy with Shmemel in the comfort of my own home anytime, and, more exciting – Shmemel will be launching a new show, so there’s a lot to look forward to.
If you’ve been living in a tent in the desert, incarcerated or for some other mysterious reason have not been to “Helium” – YOU REALLY DON’T WANT TO MISS THE LAST SHOW!!!!
It will be a blast!
