Grab your bowties & sonic screwdrivers and head out to the Gay Gypsy Bar Mitzvah for the Disabled all you Dr. Who fans! There will be an Israeli meet-up of Dr. Who fans on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at the Eshkol Payis building on Heftman Street (click here for map) from 19:00 – 22:30.

You don’t have to be an expert on Dr. Who minutiae, just come and have fun!

Here’s the program:
19:00 – 19:30 – register – hang out & chat
19:30 – 20:30 – Lecture: Einat Sitron on Nonsense in Dr. Who
20:30 – 21:00 – Break – more time to hang out & chat
21:00 – 22:00 – Lecture: Keren Landsman on Women in Dr. Who
22:00 – 22:30 – hang out until the event organizer sends everyone home

Admission: 25 NIS; 20 NIS if you come in costume (YES!); 15 NIS for members of the Israeli Society for Science Fiction & Fantasy – must present a valid membership card.
