On Yom HaZikaron, Israel’s Remembrance Day, we remember the fallen. We mourn their death, and seek to remember and honor their lives. Beit Avi Chai launched a remembrance project last year, Panim.Yom.Zikaron (Face.Day.Memory) an encounter between bereaved families and animators. Five families shared their memories of fallen loved ones the animators, resulting in films that give a face to the name and life to the memory.
The films may be seen on Beit Avi Chai’s internet magazine Hamusaf.
The film “Nevuah Metzamreret” (A Chilling Prophecy) was created in memory of Nimrod Segev, blessed be his memory, by Neko Productions.
