Let’s celebrate the amazing rebirth of the Hebrew language! The Academy of the Hebrew Language will host an open house in honor of “Hebrew Language Day” on January 19, 2017, with lectures and workshops on a variety of language related subjects, including: narration, editing, and punctuation. A poetry slam with original pieces composed on and in the Hebrew language will conclude the festivities. All events are open to the public, many free of charge, beginning at 14:00 at the National Library of Israel located on the Hebrew University Givat Ram Campus.
Many activities are free, others require tickets with prices around 20 NIS, the full program and ticket information may be found on the Academy of the Hebrew Language website.
