The Israeli Vocal Ensemble will present a musical program dedicated to light, with special guest the Austrian composer and conductor Franz M. Herzog. Featured in the program will be the Missa Lux caelestis by Franz M. Herzog, as well as other works inspired by light. Performances will take place in Raanana, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Kibbutz Ginegar.
On the program are selections from Mozart, Psalms by Rachmaninoff, Eternal Light by Eric Whitaker, Ave Maris Stella by Monteverdi, and Agnus Dei by Barber.
Performances will take place in Raanana on February 27th, Tel Aviv Museum of Art on February 28th, Jerusalem Scottish Church on March 2nd, and Kibbutz Ginegar on March 4th.
