“I don’t know what’s going to happen to my soul when I die, but I have a feeling my body will still be dancing at Yearot Menashe” – that is what I wrote the day after last year’s festival, feeling “somewhere on the edge of a dream, still listening to the music.” The 9th edition of the Yearot Menashe music festival will take place from May 18 – 20, 2017. Three days of music in one of the most serene and beautiful places in Israel, just around the corner from Armageddon, in the hills of Menashe, roughly between Kibbutz Ein-Hashofet and Kibbutz Hazorea, in the Megiddo Regional Council. Now in its 9th edition, the festival is a local initiative that draws a cohort of the most interesting musicians in Israel, guest international bands, and a diverse audience of all ages. Immersed in nature, embracing the arts, the festival is an emblem of cultural sustainability. Taking place in the area of Ramot Menashe, recognized by UNESCO as a “Biosphere Reserve,” festival goers experience the harmony of culture and nature in action.

The year’s festival will feature some wonderful performers and exciting collaborations:
