The ever popular “King of Latin Pop” Enrique Iglesias will be returning to perform in Israel on May 26, 2018 at Hayarkon Park in Tel Aviv. Great way to open the summer concerts in the park!
Prolific singer, songwriter, actor (among other gigs, he played a boyfriend of Robin’s in season 3 of How I Met Your Mother), and producer, this concert will be Iglesias’ third visit to Israel. Having performed at Menorah Mivtahim (sold out both times within 24 hours!) in 2011 and 2015, Hayarkon Park will be his largest concert venue here. He’s sold over 170 million records worldwide, with over 150 number-one hits on Billboard, and Enrique Iglesias is still going strong. Just last summer he released Súbeme la Radio (which means ‘turn up the radio’ in English), recorded in Cuba with Cuban singer Descemer Bueno, and Puerto Rican duo Zion y Lennox. The song is Iglesias’ second collaboration with Descemer Bueno, following Bailando, featured on the album Sex and Love in 2014. There is also a Hebrew remix version featuring with Descemer Bueno and Israeli singer Rotem Cohen.
