Adam Laloum to Perform in Israel

French pianist Adam Laloum will perform in Israel during the month of February, as one of five soloists from the French Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSMDP) participating in the musical season « French Notes, » a project of the French Embassy in Israel and the French Institute.

The 23 year old Laloum entered the Paris Conservatoire in 2002. Laloum performed in Festivals such as Grange de Meslay, aux Jeunes Talents in Paris, musical August in Deauville and others. In 2009 he was awarded the Clara Haskil prize in Switzerland.

The program will include:
Mozart Sonata in D major, k. 576
Beethoven: Sonata in F minor, op. 57, appassionata
Schumann: Humoresque, op. 20

Featuring exceptional talents and a diverse range of styles and personalities, French Notes introduces the Israeli public to five young French talents, with performances in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beer Sheva and Jerusalem. French Notes is a project of the French Embassy and the French Institute in collaboration with the Israeli Opera, the Felicia Blumenthal Music Centre, Rappaport Hall in Haifa, the Israeli Symphonietta, the Beer Sheva Music Conservatory, and the Jerusalem Music Centre. Previous concerts were performed by Eric Artz, Mattieu Stefanelli and Natacha Kudritskaya. Nima Sarkechik will perform in March.
